We begin with a focused 1:1 session where we look at your current eating patterns, daily rhythms, and the pressures shaping your choices. The goal is not to diagnose, but to understand what is happening in your body and lifestyle right now — and where small, meaningful adjustments can make a real difference.

Following our session, you’ll receive a personalised set of practical guidelines tailored to your context. These are not elimination lists, but clear, sustainable recommendations you can apply immediately. The intention is to bring clarity, and help you start nourishing your gut in a way that feels realistic, even with a busy schedule.

Momentum 

We start with an in-depth nutritional analysis that looks beyond food alone. Together, we explore what you eat, digestive issues, energy levels, routines, and the patterns that influence how and when you eat. This deeper understanding allows us to identify what truly supports your gut and where adjustments will be most effective.

From there, we work together for 6 weeks, with regular check-ins to refine and adapt the taken approach. You’ll receive personalized meal plan alongside practical lifestyle and habit guidance, designed to support consistency. The focus is on building clarity, confidence, and steady progress.

Comprehensive

We begin with an extensive nutrition and lifestyle assessment, taking the time to understand your health history, gut function, daily rhythms, stress load, and the patterns that have shaped your relationship with food and wellbeing over time. This foundation allows us to work thoughtfully.

Over the course of 14 weeks, we meet regularly to build consistency and adapt the approach as your body responds. You’ll receive personalized nutrition guidance, meal plans, easy recipes and ongoing support around habits and lifestyle choices — always shaped by your individual context and pace.

Comprehensive support offers the space to deepen understanding, address challenges as they arise, and gradually build a way of eating and living that supports your gut health, energy, and overall wellbeing over the long term.
