About meI’m Sonia — an IIN certified health coach and nutritionist specializing in gut health and weight management.
I know how frustrating it can be to live a full, demanding life while feeling that your body isn’t keeping up. To look “fine” on the outside, yet deal with digestive issues, low energy, or discomfort that slowly becomes your “normal”.
For years, that was my reality. I tried to do everything right. I experimented with restriction, elimination, different diets, and quick fixes—always hoping the next approach would be the one. And the result was that I was feeling better only for a limited time. Instead of progress, more rules.
As my corporate career progressed, the pressure increased—and my health declined further. Stress, irregular schedules, travel, and later the move to Dubai only intensified the imbalance. I received diagnoses such as SIBO, IBS, but very little explanation. No one helped me understand why my body was struggling, or how to support it in a way that fit my body and real life.

That experience deeply shaped how I work today.
What changed things wasn’t doing more. It was simplifying. Started learning how the gut actually works and what nourishment means. And finally focusing on the root causes, rather than constantly reacting to symptoms.
I began to approach health the same way I approached complex projects at work: by understanding the system, identifying what truly nourishes the body and the mind, and translating strategy into practical action. Slowly, my gut health improved. My energy returned. And my relationship with food became calmer and more intentional.
Today, I combine evidence-based nutrition, bio-individuality, and intentional habits to help people understand their gut, nourish it properly, and build sustainable routines—without extremes or overwhelm.
I work with people who are tired of being told what to eliminate, who feel confused by conflicting advice, and who want support that is thoughtful, human, and realistic.
I am all about using science-backed solutions, practical strategies and nature as therapy.
If you are looking to gain back control and confidence over your gut—this is where we begin.
MyApproach
An intentional support
I believe health works best when it’s approached with intention. My work is rooted in evidence-based nutrition, but shaped by something just as important: real life. The reality of busy schedules, changing priorities, emotional eating, stress, travel, social life, and the quiet fatigue that comes from trying too hard for too long.
I take a whole-person approach because gut health never exists in isolation. It’s influenced by how we eat, how we move, how we rest, how we manage stress, and how we relate to food and to our bodies. Looking at one piece without the others rarely leads to lasting change.
Bio-individuality, always
No two bodies respond the same way. What feels nourishing and supportive for one person may feel restrictive or disruptive for another. That’s why bio-individuality sits at the core of my work. I don’t believe in universal rules or one-size-fits-all plans. Instead, I help you understand your own patterns, signals, and needs, so choices feel informed and personal — not imposed.
Strategy, not pressure
My background in strategy deeply influences how I work with health. I’m interested in why something works or doesn’t work, how it fits into your life, and whether it can be sustained. I focus on creating structure without rigidity, and progress without pressure. Together, we design an approach that makes sense for you, and then translate it into practical, everyday actions you can actually live with.
Nourishment as a relationship
Nourishment isn’t just about food. It’s about how supported your system feels over time. I help you move away from reacting to symptoms or following rules, and toward understanding what truly supports your gut — physically and emotionally. When nourishment is approached with care and clarity, eating becomes calmer, choices feel lighter, and the body responds more willingly.
Guidance that adapts to you
The level of support we work with may vary — from focused guidance to deeper, long-term collaboration — but the intention remains the same: to offer clarity, steadiness, and thoughtful support.
My role isn’t to push or fix. It’s to help you make sense of what’s happening in your body, and to walk alongside you as you build a way of caring for your health that feels grounded, respectful, and sustainable.
